Breastfeeding Herbal Tea - Sereni-tea

This tea is based on plants called “galactogens”, which promote the production of breast milk. This is the case of catnip, fenugreek, fennel seeds and blessed thistle. Raspberry bush is an excellent tonic for the female reproductive system, providing strength and balance, while nettle is rich in iron and will provide energy.
