ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 48-72 business hours.
ATTENTION! THE PROCESSING TIME FOR BOXING DAY ORDERS MAY BE LONGER THAN NORMAL.
Shipping fees are calculated via Canada Post according to the weight of the order and postal code where it is shipped.
Omaïki offers free STANDARD shipping in Canada, on orders $100+ of regular priced items (before tx/shipping), exception of heavy packages (3kg+) and some provinces (Newfoundland and Labrador, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Yukon).*
*Some exclusions apply, such as clearance items, promotions, detergent and cleansing products and orders over 3kg.
Shipping charges for those provinces are automated rates from Canada Post.
Omaïki reserves the right to cancel and refund any order submitted via its website.
If your order was to be cancelled, you would receive a notification email and refund.
Any return claim should be sent by email through our customer service department firstname.lastname@example.org within 10 days after reception of your order.
No return will be accepted without the RMA.
Some products are not eligible for exchange/return due to their nature like feminine hygiene products, cloth diapers, trainers and other of the same type.
Shipping fees are at the customer's charge to return any item.
SHIPPING ADDRESS AND PICK UP AT THE POST OFFICE
Customer must verify their shipping address before validating their order.
If a part of the address is missing or the wrong address was selected, the customer will be responsible for shipping/return fees to the store, and back home.
If the package is left at a post office and not picked up by the customer before it is shipped back to the company, shipping charges will be applied (shipping and return).
Promotions are not applicable on gift cards, workshop and past orders.
Promotions are not applicable on clearance items.
Clearance items are not included in the minimum order for free shipping.
